The official opening is at 2 pm in Eaton Park, when local, Provincial and Federal representatives are led to the stage by a bagpiper to declare the Gathering of the Clans open officially!

Enjoy a wide range of food and a wonderful afternoon of entertainment in Eaton Park. Wrap up the day by attending the evening's special stage show featuring the best of Maritime musicians and a spectacular Canada Day fireworks display over the waters of Pugwash Harbour.

Pugwash Harbourfest is a major summer event on the North Shore of Nova Scotia, attracting locals and visitors from across Atlantic Canada and beyond. Many make this weekend festival a key part of their vacation plans, drawn by unique and popular events, including the Cardboard Boat Races and Keylog Rolling – to name a few!

Concerts on the Harbourfront Stage will feature headliners  Big Fish and Ryan Cook, along with other favourite musicians this year.

The 5K Salt Dash Run sponsored by Windsor Salt and Basic Spirit will be chip-timed this year. Registration opens in late March.
